I'm very impressed with the Lepro LED Camping Lantern. It is sleek and modern looking, and certainly plays the part. It has a bottom section for standard batteries but can also be charged via USB with the included LI internal batteries. I love the fact that there are two detachable flashlights on the sides that work both as part of the main unit and independently. They offer a cold light lamp, warmer light, and then a flashlight feature. They each require 3 AAA batteries to operate on their own, but when attached to the base unit, light up just fine using the built-in rechargeable or standard D batteries. It has magnets that let attach firmly to a metal surface. The main unit has four modes -- white, white with 2 side flashlights, red, or red flashing for emergencies. It seems fairly waterproof, though I haven't tested that aspect. The USB charging port seals up nicely. The lamp has two arms with witch to hang it for optimal lighting, especially while camping. I'm not sure if the light lasts a full 7 hours, but it does have staying power. With traditional D batteries included, it will be a tad heavier but will likely last even longer. This is a winner product and should be part of everyone's emergency kit. Kort
