At minimum speed, the operation of the motor is clearly audible. Why it was impossible to put a better and more accurate part - I do not understand. If you remove the Venta somewhere far away, then the operation of the cooler in a laptop or PC + - interrupts the noise. At medium speed, the noise changes its tone as the drum rotates. What it is - an increase in the load on the motor due to the drive of the drums, or whether water is blown between the disks, or something else - I do not know for sure. But the fact that the noise changes the tone is what pisses me off the most. At maximum speed, the noise is more like a fan - it's understandable. It is unpleasant to be around in silence (from another room it finishes with open doors). If there were adjustments - I would set the speed to 1.5 so that I don’t hear the rattling of the motor, and so that the air noise does not interfere. But there is no such option! I would not recommend this model to anyone I know. Before buying, be sure to listen to it somewhere in the store, with friends, acquaintances - whatever you like. The effect of moisturizing is felt within a couple of hours after launch. If I like it, I’ll try to buy a model from a well-known Chinese manufacturer, which, something tells me, can turn out to be much quieter, more pleasant to look at and more convenient to use due to advanced automation (you can buy 2-3 such humidifiers for the cost of a Venta). For now, I'll leave it as an experiment. Perhaps in the future I will finalize the control, add lubrication, because. I see no interest in maintaining a 10-year warranty for a device that does not suit me technically. I'm more upset with the purchase than happy.
