Unreliable tool
Terrible product, windows do not break easily at all. I am a firefighter and bought this in hopes of using it for work. In many of the attempts I made during training, it barely slammed into the window. Do not use this product. I threw mine in the trash. The RescueMe tool is much better and more reliable.
