Good concept but stopped working on day 2
Good concept. I think it might be helpful to relieve neck pain. When I press the part that does the massage and heat, it helps. However, you must hold it in place. Stopped working on the 2nd day of use. Despite hours of charging, he kept talking about a weak battery. Then it goes off again and again when I press any button. Maybe make the neck adjustable, like some headphones; have a higher intensity and warmth. I see how it works but needs to be changed.
