They can be a marvel of organisation. I keep bib chains with matching pieces (earrings, bracelets or pins) in the same bag and can attach the bag to a hanger along with the outfit that bought it to complement it. Ideal for scarves and belts. The box is in my sewing room. I can keep patterns or sketches with selected fabrics and cut and assembled squares until ready for full assembly of the project (appliques, patchwork quilts, hand beading). This will keep my work safe from stray cat hair and make it easier to switch between projects.
