This is the third phone in my Notebook line. and the last one! After six months of use, the phone randomly began to break off the conversation, while redialing the subscriber is not possible until the phone is restarted, or after ten minutes the laptop will still allow you to talk to the subscriber. As a result, you have to reboot the device 2-3 times a day. For several months, the Samsung support service "poked a finger into the sky", namely: the SIM card was repeatedly changed, the phone was reset to factory settings, third-party software was deleted, they were taken to the service center twice (of course, nothing was found). But even this is not the most offensive, having spent 60 thousand (and another 20 thousand on top for replacing the screen not under warranty), I cannot use the applications that are convenient for me, normal Internet and high-quality communications. And the samsung company could not find the reason for the strange behavior of the smartphone, and suggested changing the operator and using only 2g or 3g communication, and at the same time deleting all "non-native" programs. It was also suggested as "evidence" to film all telephone conversations with the galaxy note 8. It's ridiculous to imagine videotaping several dozen conversations on the speakerphone when you are at work in the office . Wasted money and time trying to make it "working" .
