I used this to clean the windshields of my car. I liked that it was designed to be sprayed in front of the wiper portion to prepare the cleaning pad. BUT. Problem number one is that closing the liquid container is TERRIBLE! (Check my photo to see this) It opens too easily - we've had that a couple of times trying to use it. This is clearly a design flaw, the lack of a solid latch. It's just a rubber damper that pops on the hole and can be easily opened. I have no idea why more reviewers don't have a problem with it. "I've tried putting my hand over the tank valve to keep it closed during use, but the shape of the vacuum makes it ergonomically difficult to hold and use in this way. If you look at the product description photos you will see that someone is holding the device by the narrow end where you can squeeze the atomizer. That's how you should hold it. but if you do, you've got a flap opening problem and, oops, your cleaner just squirts everywhere! The second big problem is that the atomizer is designed in such a way that it has to be pointing DOWN for the atomizer to work. If you look at my photo of the atomizer standing upright, you will see that the tube and the end that sucks the atomizing liquid are on the EMPTY TOP of the tank. Uh... what? The product description photos show this sprayer being used to clean windows in an upright position - if the tank is not completely full it will not work. I wanted to use the atomizer on the side to get through the car windshield, I was hoping the liquid would have a chance to move to get closer to the end of the inlet pipe. but it still didn't work well enough to get an even spray, if at all. It's just not a good atomizer inlet design unless you use it face down. So those are the questions. Unfortunately I was out of town due to a family medical emergency or I would have returned it for a refund. :(On the plus side - once they've fixed the two issues above - the spray when spraying is very good, a good wide spray angle. The cleaning pad and scraper are also very good. The scraper works well, it's not that heavy like many other cheap mops so I'm disappointed that it's mostly unusable due to the above issues as the rest is very good I honestly don't understand how this got so many rave reviews - how do people use it, to clean their windows when they are only they don't fill up the tank to keep it full all the time?as shown in the photos If the product description changes again to have multiple options(?) can You see in my photos what I received.I hope this information will help someone else to accept it informed decision.cHandmade softwood jewelry
