Very similar, if not identical, in styling to other brands "Architectural” style, it works well in rooms where there are multiple metal finishes on lamps and fans. The antique brass finish complements and coordinates with multiple decors. The subtle black antiquing results in an understated appearance; it does not clash with other metals nor does it jump out visually so that it detracts from your room’s focal point.The fit and finish on this item is outstanding; the clear lacquer coating is smooth and has no bubbles marring the switch plate’s surface appearance. The edges of the metal plate are smooth and cleanly finished; there is no burring.This style blends best with traditional décor. Identical switch plates, in antique brass and other finishes, are sold online and in the big box hardware stores under several brand names such as Brainerd and Allen & Roth.
