I bought this to upgrade my old 50-stick humidor. It arrived in perfect shape thanks to the well protected package.Design - The humidor is very nice looking, so got what you see on the pic's. The design is really nice: the innovative divider system and label clips make this humidor look like a real cabinet with drawers. The color and finish of the exterior are excellent, no scratches or sharp edges at all. The interior is cedar lined. Each drawer is a cedar tray, and smell very good. Overall, it's a well built box, and fits basically anywhere in my house.Seal - The glass door offers a nice proper seal. When I close the door from a few inches open, I can hear the soft poof of air indicating a good seal.Hygrometer - One of the best things is the digital hygrometer. It has been well optimized for cigar storage, showing both humidity and temperature, unlike many other cheap analog hygrometers on revain. The glass door is extremely useful for monitoring the hygrometer, making sure the humidity is fine inside.Seasoning - When I received the humidor, the internal RH is 62%. Seasoning is a must, or you may constantly battle low humidity levels that render your sticks too dry. *Note that keep the humidor empty when you do the seasoning.* I did not wipe the humidor down with a moist cloth, but threw in some 72% humidifying packets in and wait for 1 week or so. When it stabilized at 72%, I left it empty for 2 more days to ensure it was thoroughly seasoned. I then dropped 50 of my favorite ($) cigars into it with 3 Size 60 69% Boveda packs for humidity control. It's now been one week, and I have had no problem keeping it at 69% RH.Capacity - It's a good size, not too big, but can hold as many as cigars out of my expectations. It is now the home of 50 Churchill and Gordo sized cigars - most are 6x60, some are 7x50, some are 7x54. I got a new box Montecristo White Series. Hopefully, I can place them all in the humidor as there is still pretty much space inside. We will see then.
