A brilliant idea and design. And easy to use b I’m happy with it but only had it for two days. Seems to be working great. Maybe you guys should ask about the product in a week or two? The reviews I saw on amazon totally sold me on the product! Very excited to have it.

YOU WILL READ SIMILAR STORY IN OTHER REVIEWS. It appears that at least 1 in 5 units are defective. I purchased in November 2018. Worked fine for a short period of time. In January 2019, I placed my trusted hygrometer in my humidor (I rotate my hygrometer among several humidors) and it registered 59%. I checked HumidCup, it's humidity gauge registered over 80%. Worked for a while, but Does not hold humidity above 50% now. Cannot even calibrate it low enough to click on. Cigars are pretty much unsmokable.

This device is very easy to use. You don't have to worry about spills; the sponge in the unit is solid. Keeps humidity consistent which is great for aging. A bit pricier than boveda packs but over the long run you'll save because you won't have to use any other humidification product.

Exceeded my expectations thus far.Product seems well made and the packaging is Apple-like.Simple to install and use.It was within a degree of my existing hygrometerI have not heard the fan yet.It is smaller than the other models, so I can stock more cigars.

Product fits in my cigar humidor well. Flat power cable is useful to allow lid to seal. Humidity appears nominal That's my review!

My initial review was this was not accurate. When I wrote to customer service they replaced the unit. Has been working going on a year now.

I love this thing! Great company and great product. I’ve had my unit for 3 years now it’s worked perfectly till two months ago when the cable wasn’t making contact with the input anymore. I wrote the company about the problem within a week a completely new cord was sent free of charge I’m definitely giving them more of my business in the future.

I bought this for my wood/glass tower humidor; however, it never did what it was supposed to do. The reading are always inaccurate by almost 15rh. I thought, maybe it's the type of humidor I have, that's giving it issues. I bought an electronic humidor with temp control, and it's still not doing anything. I have an accurate rh thermometer and it's still reading 15rh off the actual humidity.

I bought this because I found it hard to maintain h7midity especially in OH during winter and dry ambient air. But I have 4 shelves in my humidor and after extensive experiments I’ve found that with this turned all the way up on bottom , my bottom shelf is 70%, the next is 67, the next going up 65 and the top where my favs are is 62-63% humidity. In order to remedy that I’ve gone to the manufacturer and ordered their external fan . So far it’s been an awful long time and I haven’t heard…

Only suggestion I would make is to make the power cord completely a ribbon connector. That would simplify positioning the unit more easily.

I really liked this unit and thought it was a great alternative to an Oasis. I liked it so much I even bought a second one for my other humidor. Unfortunately, after one year the unit stopped working. Display is dead and fan is not spinning. I tried the power cable from the other working unit to rule out the cable. Took it apart and noticed the board went bad. Really sucks as for 100 bucks I would expect it to last more than just a year. Let’s see how much longer the other one will run.Oh and…

I have this in a NewAir CC-300H and it is working great. I have been using it for just over a month and still have not had to refill it. I tried a Cigar Oasis first. The Cigar Oasis looked nicer, but its built in hygrometer was so far off that it couldn't even be calibrated. The HumiCup's hygrometer is spot on.

This is garbage. It worked fine for a 2 months and fan doesn't work but good think the digital reader still does. Thanks for attention.

Works well without the hassle. I was tired of using a soaking humidifier. Didn't work the way I wanted. Digital is much easier

It works great. I’m not near my humidor much to hear any water notifications. However. It works better than any other setup I’ve tried to keep my humidor at 65-70 consistently without having to worry. I love it.

Most everything on this was great except the fan didn't last ten min. Due to the attention to detail with every other aspect of this product, I'm going to assume that this was a one-time event. Some feedback on the product though. Please have a button to disable the alarm. If the humidity is low and we add water, do we have to listen to the beep until the humidity rises? If this product works as great as it's design it will be a home run. Having a fresh cigar with the right moisture content is the best. Check this product out.
