Buyer ATTENTION! Not waterproof!

This worked pretty well for our new teenage German shepherd. Since we had to buy a new one, I can compare with others. The response time with this collar is much slower. Bad rating for false advertising. This collar is NOT waterproof. The first time it got caught in a rainstorm, it shorted out and just stayed in vibrate mode. This caused him great discomfort while it took me a few minutes to realize what was happening. Very bad quality. The company did not refund the full amount for the purchase and let us pay for the return shipping costs.
