I wanted a quality door base (not a cardboard magazine) for my discontinued peachtree no channel door. With a box of two 2x4 pieces inside for a floor level table, I removed the door pins and put the door back on, leaving enough room for the door handles. I then undid the screws holding the box flat with the bottom ledge door I bought a few years ago and decided the notch needed to be hot gun cut or cut from the new piece but the end of each notch back and forth wobbled her. several times it came loose and I was able to easily bend the entire length of the kerf. The part was still solid (has a good backer). After aligning the screw holes it was easy to attach the new product with new screws (not included but you shouldn't need them to fit the channel) and secure the door. In my opinion, the easiest way is to line up the middle hinge and insert the pin just enough to hold the hinge in place, and then do the same with the other pins; then plant them. In general a very good product. If it had a flat bottom I would have saved about ten minutes otherwise there would be nothing to twist.
