The bottle arrived tightly packed in a cardboard box. It was sent very well. i like the pen This allows you to carry the handle or bottle yourself. I cleaned everything up and started using it. Does not leak --- as advertised. It kept my cold water cold for hours. Eco-friendly, reusable, lead-free, varnish-free and BPA-free, that's all we use. This bottle did not disappoint. i like the size It's 20 ounces, which is a really good size. If they are bigger, they become too heavy for me. Good product for $$.
