First of all I'll say that the shirt is damn cool and I like it. I'm 5ft, about 125lbs and bought the men's medium size. If I had bought the small size I think it would be too small. It's a man's shirt and I'm not very busty but I know it takes up a lot of space lol. It's tight, but that's what I wanted
