******2. UPDATE ******After visiting the company they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they send us a new, different model of collar that is much more comfortable to use, they also sent us a Revain gift certificate. The company is great and they really care about their products. They asked me to delete my review but I couldn't because this collar is not their best product. Be sure to check out other DogCare training collars beforehand. ****UPDATE****After my initial review, Dog Care contacted me and was very helpful and also very apologetic for the issues I was having. Exceeding all expectations, they sent a collar of a different model. The company really cares about their products and customer satisfaction. However, after purchasing this collar based on other positive reviews, he was very disappointed. First, there were no instructions. The buttons on the remote would get stuck causing my 8 month old lab to keep buzzing with the vibration setting. Luckily it wasn't a shocking feature, otherwise God only knows what might have happened to it when we realized it was still floating around. The remote shows a level button, but this button does not change the settings. The design of the paint itself was terrible. It has two adjustable straps that won't hold anything, which allowed my Houdini pup to slip out of the collar in the middle of the night and chew on a piece of fabric from the collar itself. The collar had two very positive aspects: the box that carries out the actual functions is good in that it is flat and not very bulky. The way the collar fits into the box is way better than other training collars I've bought before. The beeper function was nice and loud, which was nice too. The overall design struck me as very poorly and cheaply made when it came to the actual collar. Definitely could use a more detailed guide on how to use the collar. This was very quick as I am a Prime member. In fact, it happened faster than expected. I'm not sure if the company has different collar options, but this one didn't live up to my expectations.
