Review on The Mighty Sanitaire Tradition SC889B: Ultimate Commercial Upright Vacuum by Andrea Young

I am very happy with this vacuum cleaner, it seems to be of very good quality and seems to be holding up a decent amount of time. I had to remove the sprocket to do this, it should be strong enough to withstand daily use, but since it broke so early in use I have a feeling it should have been metal and attached with screws or clips rather than with a plastic fit pressure. I'm still very happy with the rest of the vacuum so this is still a solid 4 star purchase. 60 years old but hey why screw up a design that works. Inside is a fairly powerful but pleasantly quiet motor that seems to perform as well or even better than some of the other more expensive brands I've tried. I like the long cord and the fact that it has a rug height adjuster, all of our rugs are mid pile but the option is good and I will be using it on some rugs too so this option is good. Very happy with this vacuum, I rate it 5 stars for original quality, noise level (much quieter than expected), suction power and 50ft cord length. **Update** I'm still very happy with it, but I can only give it 4 stars because of the plastic cable holder.
