I use these strap fasteners on some of my vintage guitars. They work really well for this, but I definitely don't need 100 of them! Well I guess I have a backup now. But basically, how it works is simple. Place the guitar strap on the strap button on the guitar, take the rubber washer and place it on top of the strap on the button and you have a strap buckle. Works great, is cheap and you don't have to rebuild your guitar anyway.
