Review on Kitchener 9-inch Electric Meat Slicer - Ideal for Deli, Bread, Cheese - Stainless Steel Blade - 120VAC Belt Driven by Jessica Rodriguez

I bought the slicer because I like to salt and smoke my own bacon and slicing by hand was such a chore. So I bought this. I was very disappointed when I couldn't put the record on the slider to cut it. I tried bending and deforming it but it didn't really work. Add to that the fact that the suction cups on the bottom don't work at all and the slider keeps getting stuck, I finally gave up because I didn't want to hurt myself. When I first used it, I also cut a pork bun. Didn't go down well with that either. Almost every piece was uneven and it never cut all the way through or let any part of the outer casing hang down. Another fun thing about this is when the meat pushes through, hits the other end of the blade, and starts tipping on its own. Once even thrown on the ground. sadness forever! I really regret this purchase. :/ Follow-up Review: After I posted my negative review, the company contacted me and gave me a full refund because I was unhappy with their product. I am completely satisfied with this company and should I ever need it I will continue to patronize them. This is a reliable company and I applaud them for their service and attention to making things right. Many Thanks.
