Fairly easy replacement for a broken mirror that was ripped out by a goat that crashed into the side of my car. Luckily for me, the mirror was the main source of damage. Installation was fairly easy, the mirror works well. (I didn't know how many times I used my mirror until it was gone.) My only disappointment was that the mirror was matte while my car was rather glossy. So if you look at it for a minute, it catches your eye. Since I have almost 300,000 miles on my civilian, I don't care.
