I don't use it every day but I use it every other day or every few days. I have noticed a difference in the quality of my skin. Less acne and my skin doesn't seem to dry out as quickly. Another benefit I've noticed is that my skin doesn't get oily as quickly as it used to. They are very easy to apply and very easy to rinse off. Game change for masks. Will definitely get more when the time comes :)
