Review on CharmLeaks by Isaac Shankar

I had great expectations for CharmLeaks' one-stop store for fashion and sportswear as a consumer. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with this online store's performance. First first, the things I received were far from being of "high-quality." I received some apparel and shoes that were cheaply produced and poorly constructed. Even worse, the competitive swimwear I bought was completely unsuitable for competition; after just a few usage in the water, it fell apart. Second, despite CharmLeaks' claims to be an expert in sportswear, I found their collection to be scant and outmoded. They have a much smaller selection than other internet retailers I've looked at. Last but not least, CharmLeaks' customer support was appalling. My attempts to contact them on the poor quality of my order were met with unhelpful and indifferent representatives. Overall, I do not suggest purchasing from CharmLeaks. There are plenty alternative online retailers that provide better merchandise and customer support.
