I ordered this "Skirt" thinking it was short because the name said it was "Bikini Panties". It ended up being just a skirt with no panty/crotch panels/pads. It definitely shouldn't be used as a "bikini panty" unless you want to show the world what you've got while swimming. It's just a skirt. Very nice skirt but I am sending it back because I needed a bottom for my bathing suit. I gave it 3 stars even though I wanted to give it a lot less because the option I chose indicated the skirt but also said the bottom.
