Fits semi-permanent fasteners

I have 2 of these, one is for power and the other is for the laptop. This is ideal for things that don't need to be moved often, if at all. It's not pretty, but it does the job. However, I originally intended to use it as a docking station for my laptop, but since the straps only loosen and don't come loose, I've become uncomfortable removing my laptop every time I need to take it out. It may well be that using it is annoying. Probably next time I will buy a shelf under the table.
