I was able to fast charge my Pixel 3 XL. I checked and it looks like it can draw 12W, the max power is 18W so it might be my car but the charging speed is pretty good. I can go to 20% to 80% in about 20 minutes. It doesn't run at its theoretical maximum performance, but it works well. It doesn't interfere with my radio, I've had other fast chargers that were causing interference, it doesn't seem to do that. The length of the cord was ok, not too big, not terrible. I think it could be a meter or 3 feet, more would be better, but it's not a problem if you struggle with it all the time. Although the price was good.
