If you need a good used car for work or home I couldn't find a better deal. Compact design, fast processor, lots of RAM and SSD storage make this device very fast. I had a small problem that was quickly resolved. I think during shipping the cable moved and touched the PSU case/fan. On first boot I got a chassis fan warning and an option to run the Dell Diagnostics. About halfway through the stress test, the PSU started overheating because the fan wasn't blowing. Called the seller and explained the problem. No hassles or 20 questions. Cardiff Technical Support was very polite and promptly sent a replacement PSU to my request. Because the Optiplex 9020 has a sophisticated layout, a YouTube video and the part was in place in 15 minutes. I don't blame the seller. Such things can happen. I trust the seller for a quick response and follow emails to confirm my satisfaction.
