It was packed very well, with lots of foam on both sides. Setup was easy. Connect the USB cable and power cord, install the drivers and start printing. No special software required - any PDF reader/printer will work with it, so I just print directly from Google Chrome from a pirate ship. It seems to work with several different sized labels, I've only tried 4x6 labels so far, but it automatically detects the label size without much fuss. It prints amazingly fast - around 1 second per label, so just press the print button, go to the printer and then stick the label on the bag. I haven't had any print quality issues or printer jams. Of the 100 or so labels I've printed so far, they all work great. All in all, this is just a super reliable label printer. I really can't suggest anything for them to improve, which is why it got my 5 star rating.
