Review on 📻 Popsky Vintage Suitcase Record Player: Bluetooth Turntable with Speaker & MP3 Recording by Larry Cho

This was bought as a birthday present for my daughter's boyfriend but after reading reviews from so many different brands of players saying their player didn't work I wanted to test it to make sure it was is working. This ensured it could be returned and replaced before the birthday. Luckily I had a few records on hand, so I dug one up (my dad's 1961 album!). Installation was easy: a few packing materials. It features a locking mechanism to retract the hand during transport or when not in use. There is also a protective cover for the needle. I would keep it for future transports. I plugged in the player, set the speed to 33 and the volume to about half. I raised my hand and put it on the plate. The hand will start the player automatically, so don't worry! The familiar crackle of a needle on a record. The music started playing and I was transported back to my childhood, sitting in front of the hi-fi and listening to the same album! The lever lift mechanism on the back rises smoothly, and when released to another lane the lever slowly lowers, even if you quickly reset the mechanism. I have not tried Bluetooth, connected an external speaker or tested the recording function. Thought I'd leave this to the birthday boy. external speakers, you need to increase the volume significantly, at least by half or more. But overall this is a great player for the price. I'm now considering getting one too!
