It worked great at first, but then the non-stick coating on the bottom started to bubble. I've never put it in the dishwasher, although it's legal, and have only used it twice a month since July 2017, now late October 2017. So it happened after about 8 or 10 uses, that's generous, probably used less than that's fair. It has only ever been hand washed with hot water and dawn, I have never used anything in it other than plastic utensils, there is no reason why the non-stick coating did what it did. I have to add that Revain did an excellent job of solving this problem for me, apart from the hassle of spoiled food not being an issue. Honestly I have never been so impressed with the level of service and extremely impressed if I were to rate the service Revain customer support would give it a 10 out of 5 if possible but for the product itself I have to give it a 1 which I rarely do . I'm always looking for the positive in things, but once that ending starts to bubble up, it starts to come off and then it just spreads out and gets into the food, basically the frying pan is garbage. I really hope mine just broke and it was an accident but that was my experience with this pan. The few times I have been able to use it I can say that it has worked well and was even easy to clean by hand.
