Update - I don't know what happened but now it works very well. Sometimes, when we return home from a walk, the automatic unlocking is somewhat delayed, but not critical. Overall it works great and we're really enjoying it. I can't give an update on the poor customer service as I didn't have to call back. First review DO NOT BUY if you buy to auto unlock! It installed within a week and the automatic unlock worked about two times out of twenty. Support SUCKS! Ninety percent of the time you are in standby mode. When I first called, I was on the phone for almost an hour. They went through all the settings with me, asked me to send the logs and that was it. We received several emails with a few more questions and then a thank you email. We hope to improve our product in the future. On the second call I was on the phone for about 45 minutes mostly on hold to let me know development is investigating this and we have no idea when they will be back with me and it depends if they have any other similar complaints receive curator. I was really looking forward to this feature lock, but it just doesn't work.
