This is a good basic headset, easy to connect and gets the job done. The people I talk to on the phone say the sound quality is good (at least they don't complain about bad ones) and I can understand people perfectly. sits a little loose in the ears despite adjustment. * You connect the headset to the telephone jack of the handset. If you do not buy an external switch, you need to keep the handset off when making a call when not on a call or to end a call (otherwise the phone will not be answered) and pick it up to make a call. And all cables (headset, handset and phone line) can get tangled. I would buy it again, but at the same time I would be open to buying another one that doesn't have the downsides I mentioned.
