I bought this camera new. There are instructions on the packaging, but they don't. When I asked for help they told me to go to another website and try to find instructions that match the camera I bought! I had a problem with the website even though I was computer savvy (the website wasn't user friendly) so I told the wizard about it. She made several other offers, but none of them were acceptable. I expected to get what I paid for but she couldn't give me any instructions so I told her I was returning the camera. I wouldn't buy another one from them.
