Received this and opened the box. There were 2 toners in the box but one was already opened and the packaging you remove was gone. I thought nothing of it and put it in my printer. It will not work. I opened the second one and plugged it into the printer and it worked. This leads me to believe that the open one was returned and the company didn't double check before sending it to someone else. While the 2nd toner worked I paid for 2 not one.
