Why is this nail polish clumpy?!?
WHY IS THIS NAIL POLISH COMBOS?!? I just opened it up and it's thick and chunky. I shook it thoroughly and no change. I can't even return it to get my money back! I love Red Carpet Nail Polish and am totally disappointed with the product that I received in the mail today.
