Review on Eco-Plush 7'x11' Rug Pad - Ultra-Thick 100% Felt - Enhanced Cushioning - Available in Various Thicknesses and Custom Sizes by Mark Repp

I had purchased an 8x11 felt basics pad from this company before and was really pleased so I thought I would upgrade to this ECO plush variant for a few bucks more. What was received was exactly the same as the Felt Basics - not what is described or pictured here. The pad in the pictures in NOT what was received. So.disappointing, yes and no. I wanted the ECO PLUSH variant pictured. It was definitely NOT it. However the rug pad received is still a great product, just not what is pictured or described. Save a couple dollars and go with their felt basics variant - which is what you get anyway when you order this. I do really like the felt basics, I just wanted to be fancy. Not ordering/trying again as I do not want to drag the giant box to ship back a 2nd time. In the end, still pleased, just an inconvenience as I had to return the pad and reorder literally the same 8x11 pad I had just received. In closing, just save the frustration, go with their felt basics pad. 1/2" pad. True dimension. Made a nice difference under my rug. Also, remember, "scratchy" side up, softer side against the floor.
