I bought this for my kids in kindergarten so they can listen to music in class, outside and while they sleep. The maximum volume is not very loud at all. I tried turning up the volume on my phone and tablet, but the speaker still didn't sound loud enough. You can't hear him in the classroom, let alone on the street. It's not made in the USA, so the guide is useless and doesn't offer any help. It's not even worth going back. I only recommend it for sleeping, otherwise throw it away.
