Obviously made cheaply. The locking collar is fixed in the up position. It takes some work to get it to fix the gas in the post with the one I just installed. It holds the seal so it seems to work, just a little flimsy. The pivoting tongue clamps are cute, but I prefer the traditional screwdriver clamps. If you need to save some money, they seem to work just fine.
