These are two amazing carved stones that come in a very nice gift box. I was excited to see what my stones would look like as the stones have endless color variations. I watched a few videos with more tips on proper usage and really enjoyed scraping this up off my neck. I can feel the energy moving in my body and right after I started using it on my neck I felt the energy moving which felt like pin pricks in my body. I don't need oil for this to move smoothly, but you can use it. I just don't like oil on my hair unless I do it at night and then take a shower. There are many techniques for doing this on the face and it's beautiful. I do a lot of body massages with different tools and I never thought of doing my face this way. These are high quality stones. They are very well carved and well polished but be very careful as the stones are not forgiving of hitting them, especially thin and flat ones like these. You may also have shipping issues and if this is the case for you then it is not a product issue it is a shipping issue. So just contact the seller. As I ship fragile items for my work I would appreciate customers letting me know if they have any issues as I cannot fix anything if I don't know about it and I have no control over what happens during shipping. These are great stones that I definitely recommend!
