I have used this software to help me screen resumes in my organization with great success! It is easy enough that even non technical people are able use it effectively without any training or support from employees of their own department who may be more familiar/comfortable using other platforms like LinkedIn etc.. The only thing i dislike about SLHR's softwares (aside form cost) would probably being limited by its data restrictions if your account has been inactive longer than 24 months; which was not an issue when we first started out but now they require new users start fresh every year so having old accounts still allows us access until then period expires - though there should alwaysbe some way around such things since many employers will want current employee information anyway just because hiring managers don't know what else exists at companies nowadays unless someone tells them otherwise? Great tool overall especially considering how much time spent searching online before finding something useful!!
