I love the material this bag is made of. It has attractive embellishings on it. The front pocket is the perfect size for my phone or keys. The inside zippered compartment has enough slots for 10 or more cards as well as drivers license. It also has several different sized compartments for cash, receipts, other cards, etc. My only complaint is that the section for change is very tight and doesn't open very wide. Looking for the correct change is difficult. I generally have to dump my change into my hand in order to find what I'm looking for. The strap can be connected or not and is long enough for me to adjust the length so that it is comfortable and complimentary to what I am wearing. I would probably like it more if it was a horizontal design instead of a vertical design because the placement of the strap hooks is a little awkward and they get in the way of the zipper. Overall it is a really cute crossbody and I will continue to use it.
