Don't use it where it appears!

I have white Chaco eyeliner and I really like it. I thought blue would be good for lighter fabrics, but to my dismay I found that this blue didn't come out of the fabric! I'll save it and use it from time to time, but only when marking a seam line that doesn't show up outside of my project.
