I purchased this Halloween collar for my cat and was extremely disappointed with the product. Through trial and error, I found that the breakaway feature was defective and the collar kept slipping off my cat's neck even when adjusted to the tightest setting .The only positive thing I could say is THAT it is made of durable materials. Unfortunately, i had to return it and will look for a more reliable option from a different brand. Beware of this product if you are looking for quality cat collars in the Harnesses & Leashes category of Pet Supplies..
