After watching a documentary about the recycling business and realizing that most recyclable waste goes to landfill or is incinerated rather than made into plastic, I learned that reuse is a big deal greener is friendly. Friendly, non-recyclable. That's why I bought this reusable item set and I'm so glad I did. The beeswax wrap allows me to limit my use of Reynolds wraps and plastic waste. People can use the foil many times and when the stickiness wears off people can buy beeswax and recoat it. The blue toppers also help me limit my use of Reynolds wraps. They keep my food fresh like a lid on a plate. Finally, ziplock bags are thick and can be microwavable, frozen, and dishwasher safe. It's easy to clean (though not always easy to dry).
