I'm surprised this installation took as long as it turned out. I've set these types of brackets before and haven't had the problems I've had here. First of all, the fact that you need to assemble the left and right halves with the help of small screws and soft washers. They were a bit tricky to use, even though I have rather small fingers. Secondly, due to the fact that there are 2 parts, it's almost impossible to level this thing with the included banter level or the standard level. I'd say your best bet is to line up the holes you want to drill with a standard level and then put the thing on. I had to reconfigure several times before I got it right. Now that it's raised and at a sufficient level, everything is fine. It feels solid enough and the tilt is a nice feature, although it's almost impossible to adjust when the TV is actually hanging.
