This set offers the best range of sizes and chain extenders at a great price! Sure, there are higher quality clasps that cost a little more, but I wanted to see how this whole multi-strand necklace concept worked for me before I tackle any of these clasps. This range is the perfect way to experiment with different styles and lengths and I also love that all three metal colors are included. Rather than risk a chain that could come loose, I simply removed another round clasp from the double chain clasp and replaced it. Since I don't see a need to use either of these 2 chain clasps for just 2 chains, I can use it for the 3 and 4 chain clasps pieces. It works great and I wear a 4 chain clasp that has 4 necklaces attached. I really like it and it keeps them separate and around my neck instead of all 4 chains twisting together and becoming one thick uncomfortable chain that also gets tangled in my hair. The clasp itself is strong enough and the magnetic clasp attaches smoothly and securely. Some reviewers have commented that the clasp is too heavy for thin chains and I agree. My chains aren't that heavy and thick, but they're not very thin and delicate either, and the clasp doesn't weigh them down or pull. It is comfortable to wear, I do not notice any additional closure. One of the great benefits of this is that the individual necklace clasps don't slip around your neck and you don't have to straighten each necklace clasp to get back behind your neck. Attaching each necklace to this main clasp prevents them from turning and stays in place. Four necklaces also fit better around the neck because they are spaced apart and held in place by this multiple clasp. The biggest advantage is of course the easy on and off - there is no longer a need to undo 4 separate fasteners once they are all attached with the multi-fastener. Simply push together and off you go! I also love the bonus of three sizes of chain extenders in all three gold colors to give you more choice in necklace design. Good discount for a good product!
