The case is really difficult to assemble, you need to put the phone and the touch screen case together, and then insert them into the back of the case. Start at the bottom or you will have a lot of trouble putting everything together. But it's normal! When inserting, you have to apply quite a bit of pressure to get it to wrap around the edge of the screen section. Taking it off is a real challenge, finding the right place to tug and then slowly going around to reveal the sides. It's a bit stiff but definitely won't fall apart if you drop it! π If you drop it on your face I would trust it wouldn't damage the screen like it would on a regular sidewalk as the bevel edges are quite high. and can still be used for the rear camera screen. However, the screen has issues with the touch pin. Sometimes it works for me for a minute and then I don't have to press hard, it works fine with my fingers, albeit quite hard. Another thing is the slider, the clip is hard to get in and out of, you have a side pull that takes some getting used to because of the clip on the right side. It would be better to have a slide like my other one, I thought it would be hard to tell. But that future still doesn't interest me. I put my phones in my pocket. For the price, I'm not just refunding it for the touchscreen, I'm just going to get a different screen protector. Since the phone is inserted into the case from the bottom, it requires glass or a regular screen protector. Even where there's a blue tint that's actually hard to tell it's not part of a screen protector, there's no pull tab to remove it. I had to ask the seller what happened to the blue one, they told me it was a screen protector. For your screen protector, you need to scratch the corner and hit the back of the screen holder. Be careful when removing the film as the plastic screen protector may come off. Just scrape and rub the bottom corner until you can grab it, then gently pull. You can't tell it's not part of the phone cover until you take it off! If you use the stylus regularly, please order an additional screen protector. Because for this phone, holding it in my hands, I think it's the best I've seen now. But I'm not being flashy and saying I need to protect my phone and make sure it stays in my hand and doesn't slip. And the thing has a perfect grip on the non-slip surface. If I could find it I would order it for my 71 5G which I just received because I would trust it to protect the screen much better than some of these others which have very small projections. With them you drop the phone face down and there these phones do everything on the surface! It costs $600 to $1,000, which would be really bad, but they still make cases where a flat face drop is almost guaranteed to damage the screen. This case is more like a half price military case! I would trust this to another standard screen protector or glass. I'm not sure about the glass though because the thing is very tight together, if you use the touch pin a lot you can keep that in mind, it didn't work that well for me but I'll leave it anyway because I won't find anything of this quality at this price point, at least not on the Revain I've seen for the Stylo 4. There's a small chance it might have something to do with this replacement phone from T-Mobile considering I had some issues with two other Stylo 4 replacement phones from them.
