I love how you get to choose what kind of reward that is going home in my personal gift bag! There are also lots more options than usual like, free shipping or even store credit at certain locations where i have already purchased from before!! The customer service has been great as well but sometimes it takes days till someone gets back after leaving message which makes me think maybe its difficult getting through during peak hours? Still good so far though since there was nothing wrong when we had issues last time around :) Love this program because everything always goes right away without any hassle unlike other programs were some people need weeks just waiting. You wont dislike using their services if once again anything happens all will be solved quickly no doubt about dat. ! I like the fact that we have our own logo and our own color scheme to create our membership cards. The customer service is excellent, they are always willing to help. We use them for all of our membership programs. They have been very helpful in creating customized membership cards as well as customizing our website. I would highly recommend using Fideli-T for any business looking for a great way to manage their membership program. We were able to customize our card and website to fit our needs.
