I rarely write reviews and am very skeptical of reviews because I wonder how many "reviewers" the seller or manufacturer paid. It's becoming increasingly difficult and frustrating to know when a review is actually a real product review. Needless to say, nobody paid me to write this and I paid for this product. And I'll say for the record, this cleanser is amazing! #1 No more dry cleaning! This way I save money and my husband is happy! #2 It really makes clothes softer. Before buying I read reviews that said this, so I put the cardigan in the washing machine with my cashmere sweater and lo and behold, the cardigan is much softer! It feels like it did when I first bought it a few months ago. #3 Scent, it just smells great! I don't know of any reviews that say the smell is "bad" or strong because I'm very picky about smells, especially my clothes and seriously, that's fine! Perhaps the reviewers are unfamiliar with pure taste? #4 Let me answer the reviews that complain about the cap and thickness of the detergent (insert eyeliner here). Honestly I didn't care! I open the bottle and pour HE into my washing machine using my talented guessing ability aka eyeballing. All I know is that I will continue to buy this product and I am so happy I stumbled across this at Revain. I also bought a mild detergent for synthetics which I tried washing a vest with (it turned out great!) but I haven't washed it for dresses yet. Happy washing!
