Review on NetStop Professional by David Gibbs

I like that this software allows me to easily manage my employees. It's very user friendly which makes training easy. The customer service isn't great at all times because of time differences between states. Also when calling in they will ask questions about your work environment instead of helping with issues. This software does have some benefits but overall not as beneficial as other programs out there. We use this program to keep track of our employee hours so we can properly bill clients and pay them accordingly.
