Review on ๐Ÿ” Dorman 917-724 Engine Camshaft Position Sensor for Various Compatible Models by Chris Rob

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It seems to have solved the problem

Just installed yesterday but so far so good. The Check Engine light is now off and the engine runs better. It's literally a 10 minute install job on a PT Cruiser, so feel free to do it yourself. On the PT, remove the clamps at the top of the airbox, remove the hose to give some more clearance, and loosen the two screws that hold the sensor in place. Insert the new part, put the hose and cap back on the airbox, done. Now take the $100+ you saved by not going to the dealer and take your wife and kids to dinner.
