the cables were very long which allowed us to adapt to our needs. Our original ballast had wires on both ends but this one all came from one end but that was fine as the wires were long enough to compensate. Don't assume it comes with screws, so save your old ones just in case. works perfectly. It's been installed for a month but I expect it will hold up. will leave a new comment if this is not the case. Works very well and I'm glad we didn't have to change the whole light.
